June thru now... getting ready to move the family, organizing, packing and unpacking plus tons of crazy cleaning
its insane. No wonder companies existed just to do cleaning services and packing/unpacking. Its tiring. No excuse. Except no internet. Which is not fun. What can I say..its a full time job. In fact it took us more than a month to get things ready.Finally settled down
Sarah is now in school -- she is learning fast. Just today she said to me " must have self control"
Yeah -- my 2.6 years old kid telling me that... hahaha
She is absolutely delight to watch her. We went to Ikea, she was running everywhere ( with a leash on her -- yes literally speaking) , she played some mind blogging games for kids in the area. Here she is singing out loud for everyone to listen in and play her games. Yes out loud. No qualms there. She can command an audience let me tell you.
Anyhow -- jumping to another story -- we were in Bangkok June 2008. My bad; no pictures.
We were resting in the Emerald Buddha Palace temple in the gazebo. A platform of marble floor/sit
Meant for people to take off their shoes and sit on it. We put her on the platform. So what did she do?
She started to sing and dance. Yup, hot summer, a nice breeze. She sings and dance. When she was done.
She asked all her audience to clap for her. Yes clapped for her. Not just the family. The audience. She pointed to each and every person who watch her... HAHA
Talk about addiction...
Let me warn you... you should stop here, if you don't want to know much about foreign music/movies.
So we do brain dead stuff -- watch TV/Movies.. haha My latest addiction.Watching Korean
Movies; introduced by one of the video store sales person -- he said " ma'am you got to see it, if you love kung fu fighting plus LOTR type CGI" .. so here I am a sucker to movies/drama of the genre bought it for $50.00
Now not only watching the show, I ended up listening to one of Joe Hisaishi musics which featured in the Korean Drama. Joe Hisaishi very well known in Japan because most of his music appears in a good number of Japanese Anime. Spirited Away, Howling castle just to name a few. Beautiful. His latest work, as I have attached the audio here
is a masterpiece I am enjoying. Being an avid music "orchestral" type base, I am a sucker for it too.. So I ended up buying the CD too.
Name of the Korean Drama : The Legend bagged 8 awards.
태왕사신기 (Tae Wang Sa Shin Gi) / 太王四神記 (Taioshijinki)
I shall not get into the details. Aside from the actors hotties in there, the ladies are equally beautiful. Great CGI.
